"They have a new digital moving light called DML1200 coming out some time next year. This is quite cool device, the first digital light on the market that REALLY has the lightoutput reqired for stage use together with other lighting fixtures. It inhouses a simple version of a Hippotizer mediaserver. It has 2 operating modes, video mode (that's when its a 10 000 Ansi video projector) and light mode (equivalent of mac 2k and the likes). In its creativity it is a very stimulating tool indeed. I'm sure there will be a lot of press and a lot of talk about it soon. As this was only the first "pre-view", I'm sure we can expect a lot more of a "wow-effect" when it will finally be released."
